The service app for customers and employees

@lly is a service software – developed by Eccos – that helps our employees and therefore also our customers to digitally administer all jobs, that supports the performance of all processes and that simplifies controlling. Our quality standard is the networking of the on-site employees in charge (equipped with smartphones), the heads of section and regional managers (equipped with e.g. tablets) and the customer, who gets a real-time access to all data. @lly has considerable influence on transparency and therefore on the customer’s and the employee’s satisfaction.

All tasks and all due work are automatically documented and can be retraced at all times. Additional work, reclamations etc. are passed on in real-time, guaranteeing an extremely short reaction time. The status quo of all due work is immediately available. The customer knows which employee is on site, what is being done and, if necessary, he can directly communicate with the employees. Efficiency is increased considerably by the use of @lly and its resulting active controlling work.
